14-Day Real You Reset

The 14-Day Real You Reset is a Plant Based program intended to help you get back to your best version. You will get a 14 day suggested meal plan containing Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

The Reset is divided in 2 different phases: in the first phase you will eliminate the most common allergens like dairy, soy and wheat. In the second phase each of these foods will be lightly reintroduced to your diet so you can learn how your body reacts to each of them.

What you will get in the 14-Day Real You Reset:

  • A Complete Guide containing everything you should know about the Reset and additional information on how to manage symptoms and support your body and mind during the program.

  • A 14 day meal plan including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
