Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof. We may offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation. For first-time customers, we offer a one-time satisfaction guarantee (store credit only). Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
