Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within the United States.
Please note that state laws regarding hemp-derived products are subject to change. We reserve the right to update our shipping restrictions at any time to remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.
All products are shipped in discreet packaging and in accordance with applicable state and federal hemp laws. Every order includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming that the products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC and meet federal hemp compliance standards. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed. Orders placed late Thursday or Friday may arrive the following business day.
Age Requirement & Purchase Responsibility Policy
1. Purpose and Scope
All customers must be at least 21 years old to purchase from [Company Name]. This policy applies to every order placed through our website, regardless of the product purchased or the shipping destination. By placing an order, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
2. Age Requirement and Verification
You must be 21 or older to create an account, place an order, or receive a delivery from us. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 21.
- We may verify your age at any time, before or after your order ships, using a third-party age verification service or a request for a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Some orders may require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. The carrier may check ID, and packages that cannot be delivered to an eligible adult will be returned to us.
- Providing false age or identity information is a violation of this policy and our Terms of Service.
3. Checkout Acknowledgment
Every order requires you to check a confirmation box before checkout. By checking it, you confirm and agree that:
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You are the authorized holder of the payment method used for the purchase.
- You have read and agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
- The items you are purchasing are legal to buy, possess, and use where you live and where the order is shipped.
- You accept full legal responsibility for the items once your order has shipped.
The checkbox reads:
☐ I confirm that I am 21 or older and the authorized holder of the payment method used for this order. I confirm that the items I'm purchasing are legal in my location, I agree to the Age Requirement Policy and Terms of Service, and I accept full responsibility for this package once it ships.
Orders cannot be completed without this confirmation.
4. Your Responsibility for Local and State Laws
Laws on age-restricted products vary by city, county, and state, and they change often. You are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you before you place an order. We do not provide legal advice, and listing a product on our site does not mean it is legal in your area.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our hemp products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We’ll be happy to issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.
First-time customer? You may be eligible for a one-time store credit if you're not satisfied.
