At Kale The Hemp Club, we are committed to providing high-quality hemp products and an honest customer experience. Due to the consumable nature of our items, we do not accept returns of any products, but we do have a refund policy in place to ensure fair compensation.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thekaleclub.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Opened or Used Products

We do not accept returns on any products, including, but not limited to:

  • THCA flower
  • Concentrates
  • Screw-On Cartridges
  • Disposables
  • Edibles
  • Pre-Rolls
  • Hemp Wraps

First-Time Customer Guarantee

Trying us for the first time? If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 7 days of your order date and we’ll offer a one-time store credit (up to the value of the product).

Note: This guarantee is valid only for first-time customers and is limited to one use per customer.

How to Start a Refund
