Welcome to Kale The Hemp Club. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states except the following states:

• Kansas
• Louisiana
• Oklahoma

• Rhode Island
• Utah
• Minnesota

• Nevada
• Vermont

Note: Certain products may be restricted in some states due to hemp/CBD regulations. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate applicable laws.

We process orders Monday–Friday from our Central Time Zone (CT).

Processing Time: 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note, an order will not be processed for shipment until the customer has successfully completed and been verified through our Identity Verification Requirement Process.

Orders placed after 12 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

We offer Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) for all orders.

Please note, we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

By proceeding with the purchase of any products offered on this website, you expressly acknowledge and agree to comply with our mandatory identity verification process as a condition of completing your order.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to complete the required identity verification. Your order will not be processed or shipped until this verification process has been fully completed and you have been successfully verified.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the selected service.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

• Email us at support@thekaleclub.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Please include your order number and any photos or details available.
  

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery:

• We’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional charges may apply).
• Refunds for undeliverable packages are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking fee.

You are responsible for ensuring the products you order comply with local, state, and federal laws. We do not guarantee legal compliance outside of our shipping jurisdiction.
